CHAPTER 9: "Command and Conquer" Metal Rose visited her creator’s personal room to report for duty. – “Sonic's activity has been decreased, so I created a new strategy to extend our territory.” “I am listening.” – Doctor turned away from the monitor of Tails Doll’s eyes. Nothing special happened there for a couple of hours. “My plan is to capture uncontrolled territories around the base. But since our dearest Metal Sonic is recovering, I request an access for taking the command over Badniks.” “Actually, good idea. I'll warn them.” – Doctor took a microphone to make an announcement. – “Announcement. Metal Rose is now commanding our forces. So please, obey and respect her.” – he put the gadget aside. – “Good luck. Execute the plan.” “Yes, sir.” – Robot proudly left the room. - <Now I’m in charge of an army. In name of Egg-Empire, victory is Ours!> Yet she met Metal Sonic on the way. If there is something as important as the Empire, then it’s her blue brother. Genuinely happy expression changed the pride. - “Hello, my darling Metal Sonic! Do you feel better?” – Chevron-shaped eyes sparkled. “...” - <Error. Unknown command. You probably mean Power Level. Power Level = 85, delta PL = 35> “Great!” – They understand each other, despite Metal Sonic wasn’t able to talk. Metal Rose has an access to his console, so she can decipher his digital commands and algorithm. - “ I am going to my second, but first, mission and I can't just leave you without giving a hug.” – Female robot embraced the sibling. A machine with personality… How is that possible? Probably because of server name "Amy". <Picture Similarity Match = true. Action identified. "Hug" added to data base.> Metal Rose released Metal Sonic and left. Outside of the lair, officer formed a line of Badniks sorted by type. “Units are on standby!” – demanding voice exclaimed. – “Motobugs, you are the scouts. Crabmeat, you are responsible for defense. Waspbots, you are air support. Monkeybots, you are the sentinels.” Robots proudly accepted the roles. Coconuts salute. “Now, it's time to attack. Follow me.” Officer took the flag and now leads the army towards unclaimed territories. A plain field was on their way. All the animals run away, scared by unexpected turn of events. “Secure the area.” Machines occupied once peaceful land. Motobugs and Waspbots are patrolling the area, Monkeybots captured the trees. Builderbot placed a sign: "Property of Egg-Empire". Army continued their way and occupied another piece of land. It’s far enough from the secret lair, so it can become their permanent spot. Metal Rose proudly placed the flag. – “We've captured a new command post. Group alpha stays, group beta follows me.” Soon, they got an outpost. Meanwhile group alpha provides resources. “Good job, troops. Turn on the the camera, I need to report our status.” Motobug with camera came for help. - <We are on air.> “Lord Ivo, we've captured new territories. Waiting for your next orders.” “Woo-ho-ho!” – Doctor wheezed. – “Good job, Metal Rose! I'll send more robo-builders so you can build Badnik factories.” “I won't let you down, my Lord.”
