Just a stupid idea I had Thinking of making a chapter 2, I just need feedback.
A more clear version Chapter 1: Settling in As the car was approaching the orphanage, Carol looked out the window while being lost in her own thoughts like she was in another reality. She was about to drift off until she heard the voice of someone saying “CAROL! Wake up sweetie, were here.” She got up and stepped out the car and closed the door. She looked up at the orphanage nervously, she never once in her life thought about being an orphan, let alone being one. She walks up slowly to the entrance with a mild discomfort displayed on her face. CPS worker-Kid wait! Carol stops in confusion and looks at him. CPS worker-*sighs*Look kid, I know this is all still new to you and it’s not gonna be easy for you. But I think your gonna fit in simply fine, and remember, this is only temporarily until we find someone qualified to adopt you. I think you will do great here, I believe in you *smiles* Carol smiles back feeling partially better. They say their last goodbyes and the CPS worker leaves. Carol slowly walks in and is in awe. The orphanage was really spacious with hallways that seem almost endless. There were kids in all directions, all being somehow energetic. Carol was confused on why, but she digresses and goes up to her dorm. She walks up the stairs and looks for the dorm that says on a little piece of paper that reads “105”. She finally approaches dorm 105. She opens the door with such little expectations, but when she sees her room, she was surprised to see the room as actually comfortable and clean. The room contained a bunk bed, a bathroom at the left of the entrance, and a big window right in the center of the room with a little couch next to it. She sits on the little couch next to the window. She looked out the window thinking “Heh, at least I have something to look forward to in life. After staring for a while, she yawns and notices her eyelids getting heavy. “Man, that overnight drive really took the life out of me, I should really take a nap” she thought. Carol gets up and lays on her bed feeling comfortable, but before she could say anything, she knocks out.
