"Greeting, neighbors! I'm afraid I have some deeply unpleasant news. Pico has gone missing from the Apartment, last seen, by the Gate. I have tried looking for him but to no avail. Has anyone seen Pico?" -Cat (Note + Effect: Pico is now missing from the Apartment, an no longer able to role play, unless you find him)
