Celsius Genesis strikes again! Some lore for the driver: Born in Taiwan in 1989, Alex Zhou knew his career was in motorsport when he started karting after a move to Japan in 1997. After a successful stint in GP2 at the age of 18, he moved to NASCAR with Hendrick Motorsports. In 2014, after an average time in NASCAR, Zhou moved to IMSA’s SportsCar Championship, where he competed for 2 years before he heard about ILL. Initially, he denied a position for driving for the series, but after some convincing via a friend of his, he joined Genesis, contracted out for 5 seasons.
