base |!n works like this: normal base n until n (it is n+3 in base n) (so basically just 13 if base is higher than 3) (bas=3, then 20) (2=101) (1=11111?) when 100 (base n) is reached it is added by 30 (base 10 converted to base n) (in this case it's 1110) and 1000 (base n) is added by 300 (base 10 converted to base n) (in this case it's 110010) etc. after 22 but before 1110 the tens digit is custom
