Hi! Welcome back to City flags. Where we make fun of local governments for shrinking their vexillological responsibilities in favor of silly things like "governance" and "serving the public". We've already covered the western states Soo... Midwest! The great plains state think they're the Midwest. And the great lakes states are their own thing. The great lakes states think they're the Midwest and the great plains states are dumb and stupid. People who don't know geography might think that the mid west is west of the mid east, but nope, that's cryprus! (Also thanks to acid for doing some of the lifting for me)
