Survivor dashed through the room, “Come on bro!” He shouted. Monk trailed behind slowly, “There might be a lizard to tame!” Survivor said, stopping. Monk sighed, “I’m not worried about that, I’m worried that there’ll be rot, or worse…” He replied unsteadily. Survivor scoffed, “You know that vultures don’t live here” He replied, “They might…” Monk muttered under his breath. “Oh! Look, food!” Survivor said cheerfully. Monk sighed, "Finally." He said, grabbing the blue fruit. Survivor took a bite. Monk sighed and nibbled at it, he ate the whole thing, “Still hungery…” Survivor said as he turned to a tunnel, “I’m going to get some batflies or centipedes. You can get whatever you want, meet at the shelter with the food.” He climbed into the tunnel. Monk stood there blankly, “Oh… okay.” He said as he grabbed another fruit and stabbed it onto a spear. Some black goo dripped down from it but Monk assumed it was fine. The shelter was slightly cool. Moss clung to the walls and spear scratches from Monks art and Survivors training dotted the walls. Monk sighed as he put down the spear. The tunnel light flashed white and Survivor came out with batflies on a spear, “Lets eat!” He said, setting it down. Survivor picked up the blue fruit and took a bite. Monk took one too, “Ew!” Survivor exclaimed. Monk coughed, “This is horrible!” He watched as one of the karma flowers on his tail turned blue and withered away. Monk shivered, “We have to throw these out…” Survivor said, his face wrinkled up. Monk nodded in agreement. And picked up some of the gross blue fruit. Monk cringed as the ground shook, “We have to hurry!” He yelled. Survivor nodded and threw the fruit into an endless pit. Monk felt rain hit his snout, “Run!” He shouted as he dashed to the shelter. Survivor screamed as a drop hit his back. He fell to the ground. Monk picked him up and went into the shelter. He sighed as his brother snored and he laid down to rest.
