☁ Cloud Variable Status V2.3 | #cloud #server

Instructions

☁ Cloud Variable Status V2.2 A fully hosted Cloud Variable Tester ------------------------------------------------ [Please See Below For Notes and Disclaimers] This project tests of Scratch Cloud Variables are functional, as we know they can be a bit patchy. This can also help you troubleshoot Online Games. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- > How it works: - This project changes a cloud variable - A Scratchattach server sees that the cloud variable has changed - It changes a cloud variable - Your device waits for the cloud variable for five seconds. If it doesn't see a change, it determines offline. See the backend code, and even use with permission: https://github.com/FeaturedAvatar/cloud-status ----------------------------------------------------------------------- > Notes And Disclaimers: 1. The backend is fully hosted by me, which means, rarely, internet outages or power outages might cause this project to be non-functional, but that is quite rare and will only last up to 24 hours 2. New Scratchers can not use cloud variables, and will thus get the "offline" status regardless of if cloud variables are working. 3. (Credit to @--PaperPlanes--): In the editor, cloud variables are non-functional, meaning it will show offline regardless. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- > Credits: - All code, hosting, python, etc. by me - All art by me ----------------------------------------------------------------------- > Log: - V2.4.1 (7/28/2026): * Super long time since I touched this. * All I did was make the background back. * New thumbnail - V2.4 (12/31/2025): * Added comments so people can understand how this works - V2.3 (11/14/2025): * Added TurboWarp message showing it won't work. - V2.2 (11/13/2025): * Added parallax effect to button, because it makes it look cool. - V2.1 (11/12/2025): * Updated costume and sprite names * Fixed minor bug * Released backend on GitHub * Added cookies and bananas - V2.0 (11/12/2025): * Improved UI, thumbnail, and just a little cleaner. - V1.0 (11/10/2025): * Initial release. #trending #cloud #online #featured
