Use arrow buttons or wasd and press o for obese, t for tiny and n for normal (i know the NPC lag sometimes) also if u think its too boring then press I to start speeding like an iPad kid which makes the game harder
Press 0 activate the npc and dont let him tag you (you will need to press green flag twice if ded) and btw for iPad kip mode u need to react instantly before the assassin slices you
