This generates a random (valid) IP address and a random (real) location to go along with it. If you want a specific location to appear, go to "See inside," and then go to the sprite "Where are you?" for more instructions. Pressing space bar or pressing in the top right corner (a little bit to the left) will trigger what I like to call computation mode. It essentially just allows you to visualize what the different pieces of code are saying to each other.
