basically how this works is that instead of 0 and 1 the digits are 3 and 4 there is also mods 3 for -3 and 4 for -4 and ¯ for -2 and ˉ ˉ for -1 and how to choose representation is first choose least length if more than 1 same length then choose least mods if more than 1 number of mods same then choose the one that has least number(digit) subtracted using mods
