In Gojo's perspective, he sees Geto, as well as the ordinary people surrounding them. Gojo cares about Geto, understands what he's feeling, but he also cares about non sorcerers. However, in Geto's point of view, the people around him are blurred, unimportant. In his world, in his mind, only Gojo is there.
