POV when you make a high quality piece with lots of texture and Scratch is like "nope!" Anyhoo I hope you like it! The majority of the time was spent texturing the fur lol. Backstory time :D Glory was born in the caverns of his tribe, which resided in the sloping tundra. He was adored by his father Glacier and his mother Stardust alike. What he didn't know was that his father had high expectations of him. Glacier was able to control both frigid water and ice, and convert one into the other. He was one of the most powerful members of the tribe. Stardust also had impressive powers, being able to borrow strength and power from the stars as well as being able to control burning beams of light. While being pampered as a child, there was building anticipation for his Day of Awakening. When the day finally came, both he and his parents were overjoyed. He could control both ice of all forms and frozen vapor, with extreme talent. However, that pride soon turned into pressure from his father. He was pushed to his limited, and severely punished when he failed to meet those standards. His happiness grew into silence and obedience. His mother grew sick of it and began fighting with Glory's father. Eventually she couldn't take it anymore and left. Glory felt betrayed because she had left him with his father even though his struggles were the reason she left. After that, he grew cold and distanced as his powers continued to grow. By now he was treasured by the whole tribe, and was the leader's secret weapon. Glory grew colder every day, until it spread to his outside. The crystal shaped patch of fur on his chest converted to ice, and continued to spread. Glory knew he was going to die and began to resent his tribe as he slowly froze over. He knew once his legs froze he would be stuck in place, so he had a final plan. On the day of a gala to view ice sculptures of Glory's own creation, he made them come alive. Their rounded edges and curved details sharpened with jagged ice crystals as they massacred all in sight. The only who survived were the few who managed to escape. Glory watched with glee as his body began to ice over because he had used so much power. His last act was to step in front of his father, who was bleeding his life out. "YOU did this to me. Now you die," he rasped as the ice crept down his legs, through his arms, up his neck. And then he was gone, frozen in time along with his ice sculptures.
