exhibit 6 Silvavenator. Riperovus Silvavenator is a dromaeosaur from the early Paleogene coexisting with Avisvenator and Ornithosaurus the latter of which being its main source of food. Silvavenator had bright colourful arm feathers to attract mates and a small translucent crest that can shift colours with the sun at the time it was the largest predator in its African home. They mainly spent their time awake during night making them nocturnal ambush hunters attacking their prey while they slept their main cause of extinction was a rise in competition during the middle of the Paleogene in the form of Neospinosaurids a group of dromaeosaurs that adapted Spinosaurid like features diversifying into their own family of dinosaurs.
@dinozilla-rex for coming up with the idea of Neospinosaurids #dinosaur #dinosaurs #raptor
