Horse Gachapon: Old-ish Art!

This is some art from over a year ago that I wanted to make a 9 horse gachapon out of, but never ended up finishing. So here it is now! WHAT IS A GACHAPON? - A gachapon is a type of horse sale where you roll a number and get the horse that corresponds to that number! If you would like to try for a different horse instead, you have two chances to reroll. REGISTRATION - Before you roll, you must register using the registration form and see if you got an open slot! - Some slots may be reserved for people I trust who wanted to participate. - If you got a reserved slot, you do not have to fill out the registration form (but if you want to you still can!). - Please wait for me to accept your registration form before rolling!
