I really LOVE the idea that the reason they are hunched over is because their spine is exposed, I'll make sure to incorporate that. Also, I'll make sure the second arms near the waist/stomach are smaller. 3. I might make them have 2 members in the species one that would live in abandoned cities called Posthomo Ornator the other being Posthomo uncinatus. Posthomo Ornator will wear clothes in order to protect vulnarable regansof thier body, communication or status or to identifiy themselves from one another, they'll be more sapeint more akin to a chimp. 4. no you don't suck at making mutants, I really like your mutants and their designs, the problem is there is a TYPE of style for the mutants. Ihis style makes it unique from other series about mutants or spec evos but it also makes it incredibly hard for others to replicate the style, don't beat yourself on that. 5. also I'm happy you chose to actully tell me about what you want to keep in the mutant, that was pretty brave of you.
