Hi guys! UwU This tutorial will teach you how to make a paper collar. This method is tried-and-true! So don't worry ^w^ (It also looks good ᓚᘏᗢ) Press space for next slide >w< In case the text is unreadable: Hi guys! This tutorial will show you how to make a collar out of paper. Materials needed: >Construction paper >A brad >A pencil >Measuring tape >(OPTIONAL) Fake gem stickers oh yeah and scissors STEP ONE Use the measuring tape and measure your neck. Add an inch or two for comfort ^w^ STEP TWO Draw the length on the construction paper. doodle on it if you want to >w< STEP THREE Cut it out with scissors. Make a slit on one side. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Also don't cut the end completely. STEP FOUR Make a slit on the other end. When placed like this, the slits should line up. (refer to picture) STEP FIVE Add the brad. It should go through both of the slits. STEP SIX Add the fake gem stickers and charms!! This doesn't do anything except make it look better. In order to wear, remove the brad, wear the collar, slip the brad through the slits and separate the metal prongs on the back.
