coverts bases to other bases decimals do not work this is not good enough to send long encrypted messages using base 36 lowest supported base is 2 highest supported base is 36 Free to use, no credit required. I wouldn't recommend it though, not very good to the point of excellence. I had one in the works that was better, but couldn't get around no being able to but letters in abs() and still receive the number back.
