lore: neil worked on the sodor and mainland railway and helped build the skarloey railway (most notably helping skarloey get delivered). after the railway merged to become the welsworth and suddery he was retired but still operated at the scrapyard until replaced by arry and bert where he would finally get bought by the earl at his estate where neil would reunite with his brothers clive and matthew as he believed they were scrapped(but actually the earl wanted to suprise neil when he arrived). personality: he is wise and likes to tell stories about his life. he gets angry if you insult him about being ugly and will retort. he is friends with edward, thomas and glynn and adam, lily and colin, skarloey and rheneas, hawin and 1020.
