Click the +1 button to increase Measured seconds Click the -1 button to decrease Measured seconds Click the start button to begin clicking for the number of seconds you have selected (measured seconds) (there is a 3 second delay) You can click without starting, but the clicks go to practice clicks Click the Set to 0 button to set your practice clicks to 0 Your clicks per second = clicks / measured seconds, this is how many times you can click the button each second.
