The Clans are SunClan, MoonClan, MeadowClan, and StoneClan in order of creation. SunClan was the first, created in the mountains when Sunstar and his mate were hiding out and looking for a place to stay. An old she-cat by the name of Doespring welcomed them into her cave and taught them about Clan customs. She also had other cats staying with her, by the names of Blackpaw, Tigerfur, and Lionfur. Sunstar became their leader. Their customs are different from the other Clans, cats in SunClan get apprenticed at three moons old and leaders can receive lives and dreams simply from their nests due to how close they are to the moonstone. Prophecies are easier to receive as well. Most cats there are light colored (golden fur, white fur, light brown fur, etc) with the exception of some other cats who have darker fur or more unique pelts. SunClan, being the first to come around, taught another group that they took in about Clan life as well. Which, created MoonClan, their neighbors on the south-west of the mountains. SunClan owns the north-eastern parts of the mountains as well as a small valley on the bottom of the mountains. Their prey consists of large hawks, mice, and the occasional rabbit. Plenty of moss grows on their side, so they're able to patch the cave walls during winter to keep warm. MoonClan are nearly the opposite, with the majority of their cats being dark pelted. Being on the other side of the mountains, the sun hits them less, and so they're more nocturnal. They also get far more snow. They own only part of the mountain, with no valley to speak of. They have small caves and dried moss for their beds and dens. Their prey consists majority of hawks and eagles and whatever birds they can catch, so they're quite strong and agile and able to leap very high. MoonClan was founded by Moonstar. MeadowClan came next, they live in the darkness of the forests below SunClan, and have questionable morals. It's also said that MeadowClan is run under a monarchy of sorts, due to the amount of times a leader's son has become deputy and then leader afterwards. But, cats just seem fine with it due to the fact that their leaders have never failed them yet. MeadowClan has questionable morals and are said to be quite ruthless, and disregard most variations of the code. Practically making their own. MeadowClan was founded by Elkstar. Their prey consists mainly of squirrels, mice, and birds. StoneClan was founded on the ruins of a rogue group that was created by a traitor in SunClan. The rogue group was rehabilitated and relocated to a smaller, brighter forest, but far enough away from most of the other Clans. The leader of SunClan at the time, named Blackstar, made friends with a tom named Tabbyclaw, who helped organize the rehabilitation of the other cats and was thus named Tabbystar, who became the first leader of StoneClan. StoneClan houses many different kinds of cats, being the first to ever welcome kittypets and to disregard half-Clan rules. It was founded by Tabbystar. Their prey consists mainly of snakes, squirrels, mice, and the occasional rabbit and bird. So those are the four Clans. Characters are being made and will likely be out within a few days. What do you think of all this, Bright? ^^
