explanation: so what is phonk? Phonk (/fɒŋk/) is a subgenre of hip hop and trap music directly inspired by 1990s Memphis rap. The style is characterized by vocals from old Memphis rap tapes and samples from early 1990s hip hop, especially cowbell samples resembling that of the Roland TR-808 drum machine. why dont you like it? it sounds unpleasant, it sounds like a grandpa coughing and its to loud, whats wrong with it? many people are ruining old songs like jingle bells, its raining tacos, old yazoo (aka that bad parenting song) and many more conclusion i honestly think phonk isnt great for our ears beacuse the noise is super loud and our ear sensors are small and v shaped which go back and forth when you hear noise, if its to loud, then it might give your ears ALOT of pain
