Press the ball to create a pattern, use the sliders or manually change the pattern using the "manual" button. (It works better if Step 1 is the absolute value of step 2. The "amount" button changes how many times the pattern occurs, its best to do anything over 360!
If Step 1 and step 2 are 27365 and -27365, anything beyond that will just show an X instead of a pattern. Press H to hide UI
