日本語版はした An update was released on May 30th. Click on the ball in the middle. When your points exceed the number of buttons written on the right, press the button with the number you exceeded. You'll receive two or more points with each click. If you keep doing this, the ball's color will change. (Once you exceed a certain number of points) Aim for the world record.
