It will be re-added to the AFS2 studio whenever a new update of "Patch" level or higher starts being worked on, or whenever major changes are made to any plans. On completion percentages: for each update, I assign numerical values to each part of the update that total to 100%. The percent-complete number of an update reflects the state of those numbers.
