His name’s Chroma, short for Chromatic *hehe* -His weapon is a blood scythe with a bone for the handle, it can shoot slices of blood taken directly from the opponent, and if the enemy is an android the blood will be drawn from the user. His hair is literally just the “Josuke pompadour” and his outfit is pretty random too, but he doesn’t need a special outfit to access his scythe. The thought process behind said scythe was very bumpy, as I didn’t want to mess it up seeing as I usually play games if there’s a scythe weapon available.
