This is an evolution AI that will eventaly make it to the green "goal" how this works is when an AI does better than the rest, the other AIs copy it but they make slight changes in the hopes that there better. So that is pretty much what it does, follows, get rid of the weak, repeat. oh and the mutation rate controls of much they change
