Click the flag then click to interact The big number in the top middle of the screen is your points. When your in the game remember that you can hold B when buying something to bulk buy as many as possible. For whatever reason the game runs better out of full screen mode so if your experiencing lots of lag then just play out of full screen mode.
If your progress gets reset then it is because of an update When the final update comes out there will be no more data resets. (As I update the game if I add any new upgrades data will be reset unfortunately but you could also just manipulate your save code to keep your data if you know what the default value is for that upgrade.)
