Welcome to Mushroom Farmer, a casual (or not) game where you grow mushrooms to earn mushroom points. You can grow different kinds of mushrooms to earn more or less points, and some mushrooms have special characteristics that differentiate them from the others! Press the Start Game and select the mushroom you want to grow! After that, press next to enter a round. In this round, you first have to meet the conditions that the mushroom needs (figure out these conditions yourself or look in the code for now, i might add a hint list sprite later.) When you meet those needs, your mushroom will start growing, and as it grows, you need to maintain those conditions (unless in easy mode) to keep your growth progress from deteriorating. When you get the growth progress to 100, the mushroom will be fully grown and you will earn your points before the game stops. Press the green flag again and you'll find that your points stay! But, they go away if you press 0. If you select Hard Mode, you will also have to maintain a battery (restore battery at <51% battery using B) that deteriorates as you manage some conditions. When the battery reaches 0, those conditions will drop down, making you lose your progress! Hard mode grants extra points while Easy Mode doesn't give you any (even the normal mushroom points you get.) Mushrooms: -Puffball Mushroom -Fly Agaric Mushroom -Morel Mushroom -Shiitake Mushroom Note: Do not grow and use any mushrooms above without proper knowledge and education on what you are doing! ⚠️ Press the Grey Button during a round to activate the sprinklers, increasing humidity every second. Press it again to deactivate the sprinklers, where every second you don't have it activated, the humidity goes down. Press the Up and Down Arrows (don't be confused with the ones on your keyboard, I'm talking about the one's on the screen) to increase and decrease the temperature. Drag the Brightness slider to increase and decrease the brightness of the light in the room. Special Traits: -Morel Mushroom: Needs to be frozen before putting the temperature condition that is needed. -Shiitake Mushroom: The substrate this mushroom is growing in is able to hold water from the sprinkler.
This game had a testing period where it was released while it was unfinished. Many refinements and such have been made since then. Credits to the sources I used to gather the information for the mushrooms. I will be making Mushroom Farmer sequels which will have unique mushrooms in them because I can't fit more than 4 mushrooms in each game (I think.) There also will be DLC's with their own individual mushrooms because those mushrooms didn't work with the mushrooms in the other games.
