I'm sure you know how to start this clock and to turn on/off ticking/chiming. A new feature is that I've now made the hands draggable; you can now turn the hands on this clock. All striking/chiming clocks will be given the same effect over the next few years.
Inspired by Howard Miller. This is only a preliminary release, as the only thing that needs to be tested so far are the draggable hands. I've also added draggable barometer and hygrometer hands. The opening covers, winding feature, and temperature hand will be added in the final release.
