The thing over the 'M' is "supposed" to be a 90 degree turned'C', just so you know that i actually did follow your guidelines, the was just no other cool way to make a 'C' fit in in the logo. If i was you i would just remove that part, since the 'M' is cooler by itself, but you're the ruler and i follow your guidelines.
