[UPDATE, PLEASE READ!!] I’m genuinely so sorry guys <3 this is an old project, much of this was/is outdated information/not researched enough, I apologize for leading you astray. One section that I would like to address that a lot of people have brought to my attention (THANK YOU SO MUCH) is the “Don’t vent” section. When I made this, I was not as familiar with psychology, and I did not know the right terms. What I meant by that was don’t self deprecate. I am aware that venting is a very helpful tool for people going through things, and it is in fact extremely healthy to get your feelings down or talk about them with another person! In my 11-year-old head, venting meant telling yourself that you were a terrible person over and over and eventually believing it wholeheartedly, as opposed to sharing and making sense of your emotions. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication, and thank you to everyone who pointed out my mistake. Sorry I didn’t fix this sooner, I haven’t been fully active on this site since 2024 </3 ayyyyy im back from the depths of forgetfulness and jammed schedules (as if i ever had a schedule) anyways ive been getting into psychology recently, so i wanted to show you some cool tips to read if you're struggling with mental health or also want to learn about psychology ENJOY I LOVE YOU GUYS
