This paragraph really speaks to my heart and I agree wholeheartedly. I saw this online and thought I must include it in my project. I want you to share this project to everyone you know to spread awareness. Thank you. I believe that Palestine should have freedom. I believe that Palestine should be left I peace. I believe that Israel should let people be in peace. I believe that the children Palestine should have water. I believe that Palestinian parents should get there kids back. Palestine needs freedom and needs to be left in peace. In my life I never felt this way about my country. I always thought to myself “oh everyone has war nowadays” but no Palestine is in a really bad war. People see me as a terrorist or any Arab that has a scarf on they head. I believe that Arabs should not be called terrorists. Palestinians getting locked up while Israeli’s sit there laugh and be free. I believe that Israel should leave Palestinians alone. We need food, we need love, and we want to be cared for. Nowadays children can’t play outside. They might get shot or they get stolen by the here Israeli’s. Last summer I went to Palestine. When I passed the Israeli border there were Israeli soldiers arresting this 10 year old kid. That was my saddest moment of my life. The mom was crying and hitting the solider. The Israeli solider smacks the 10 year old mom with the gun. From a far distance I yell and scream at the solider. From a far distance I yell at the soldiers. My tears were running down my face. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The mom looks at when they take her away. She looks at me as if I could do something. I look back at her with tears. That was my first day in Palestine and this is what is what I see. That really broke my heart. I could never forget that day. I could never forget the boy’s face or the mom’s bloody face. In my mind there is a voice saying “why couldn’t you do something?” It just keeps repeating and repeating in my mind. My heart hurts every time that picture pops in my mind. So for that I believe that Israelis have no feelings for Palestinians whether it’s a baby, a mom, a dad, or any one that’s Palestinian. I believe that one day Palestine will be free.
