Ok so it's normal wasd format and arrow keys to look around. The issue that everyone's talking about is how to go from the yellow to the green. To do so, you must first get to the yellow and then go to the green. Once your character is like touching the green, just hold the jump and then go back. If done correctly you will get flung into the air and then you can make it onto the green platform.
