The shotgun is loaded with either blanks or lives. If you shoot either yourself or the dealer with a live then you lose a life. If you shoot yourself with a blank, you can go again. Try to kill the dealer and not die.
I made it based off, you guess, buckshot roulette. (By the way the dealer has a lollipop.)
